I created & facilitated some workshops, which aimed at coming up with new ideas and concepts regarding digital innovation. I thought it would be interesting to share the material (though the handouts are only handed out during a workshop ;-)). If anyone wants to use the presentation, feel free to just download.
Full disclosure: The participants already had some idea, what they wanted to do (but that can be easily changed by adding an exercise for empathize, define, and ideate respectively). Also, the material is in German (because target group and stuff) and a good resource for translation would be deepl.com (no sponsor – yet xD)
